INGREDIENTS: ● Round tortillas or lavash — 2 Pcs. ● Eggs — 3 Pcs. ● Canned tuna, drained — 120–150 g ● Mozzarella cheese, grated — 100 g ● Green onion — 10–15 g, finely chopped ● Salt — ½ tsp, or to taste ● Black pepper — to taste ● Vegetable oil — for greasing the skillet INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Lightly grease a skillet with vegetable oil and heat over medium heat. 2. Place one tortilla into the skillet. 3. Beat the eggs with salt and black pepper. 4. Pour the egg mixture directly over the tortilla. 5. Evenly distribute the tuna over the eggs. 6. Sprinkle the chopped green onion on top. 7. Add the grated mozzarella cheese. 8.
