No replacing the timing chain? The oil pump? Two full revolutions to make sure it’s all in time… with no heads on? That won’t tell you anything at all

ALQ9 is a GEN three and you should have replaced your Cam retainer plate. It is a gasket. You’re gonna have a low oil pressure.

If that’s a sloppy mechanics I recommend useing a different set of valve springs I ran the ones it came with and it broke a spring in about 1000 miles
