The attitude I got yesterday after ordering my husband a large strawberry milkshake at McDonald’s and they gave me a small vanilla. I asked if that was the correct one and said it’s supposed to be a large strawberry then they asked me to park in the front. I eventually walked in after 10 minutes and they handed me a medium strawberry milkshake. I asked if it was large and they said no it’s a medium. I asked to be refunded the difference and that’s when someone finally came out with a large strawberry shake. I know it’s just a shake but like I ordered what I ordered.

Just tonight I brought a lady a diet coke and she informed me she had in fact ordered a jack and coke. All I said was "Oops! Sorry, I must've misheard you, I'll be right back with that!" It's not hard to just fix it and move on 😭

this is like when i ordered my iced coffee and it came out hot, he argued i specifically ordered it hot when i asked for a remake …. ive never ordered a hot latte in my life and im 26. thats not even in my vocabulary 😭

That’s ridiculous. I was just at Chick-fil-A, I ordered a peach shake. They made a cookie shake, I said sorry that’s not what I ordered. They said well since it’s already made you can have this for free and we’ll make you the peach shake.
