I get asked about my hair all the time. The fullness, the layers, the color, all of it. So I figured I’d finally show y’all exactly what I do instead of just answering the same question over and over. This video is a full tutorial on my Goo Goo tape-in hair extensions plus my color and cut. Goo Goo sent these extensions to me, but this isn’t new for me at all. I’ve used Goo Goo hair extensions for years and I keep going back to them because the quality is great and the price is actually reasonable. If you know me, you know I don’t stick with things that don’t work. For my hair, I use three packs total. Two packs in dark brown and one pack in light brown to add a little dimension. My hair is not super thick, so three packs does it for me. If your hair is thicker, you may need more, and if it’s finer, you may need less. Goo Goo is really good about helping you figure out how many packs and what colors you need based on your own hair, so don’t assume mine will be your exact match. I also show my color formula (Redken 4NN Dark Brunette) and how my daughter cuts my hair. The cut is a huge part of why my hair looks so full. She layers it a lot, almost like a soft shag, and that makes all the difference, extensions or not. This is exactly what I do, start to finish. No gatekeeping. No magic tricks.
