They do get filled but as soon it cools down and kinda start soften after awhile it shrinks down in the box making it look less than what we fill them. I try so hard to keep them full but they just don’t stay hot for very long

I think they settled a bit, usually runners won't grab a fry if you can see the design on the inside backing like that. Cause we know it's not worth the hold up of a complaint.
