This is my second time in Malta and I really wanted to visit the Blue Lagoon again, but time was short and I didn't want to commit an entire day to a boat tour. I was also with my dad and wanted to ideally avoid any crowded beaches. In our search for an alternative to the Blue Lagoon, we actually discovered my new favourite spot in Malta, Xlendi Bay 😍 We hopped on the high-speed ferry from Sliema to Gozo (£14 return) and spent the afternoon swimming, drinking, and soaking up the sun. It was one of the most charming spots we visited on the whole trip. My slow travel lovers, if you're looking for calmer, less busy alternative to the Blue Lagoon, I'd definitely add Xlendi Bay to your Malta itinerary 💙 #GetOutThere #easyJet
