I wish people talked more about this movie it has such a creative feel to it like any other studio Ghibli film but it feels ahead of its time with how it’s like a mixture of medieval, dystopian and with how futuristic it is

I love the movie, unfortunately it only barely scratches Nausicaä's character. in the manga, she and the other characters get much more development, and after reading the manga one of my favorites would be Kurotowa

I heard that Nausicaa wasn't that good so I put off watching it until this year and it's my 2nd favorite Ghibli movie now. The world design, the characters and environmentalism themes are so beautifully done.
