It’s good to want to go above and beyond it shows your passion for your craft. But don’t you think sometimes it’s inefficient and unnecessary if it doesn’t actually add any value to the property. No added aesthetic value, no financial value, no value to anyone or anything. Just an extra bit of time and money you spent. I suppose the value you personally got from it was that you could make this video but other than that.. nothing.

Great idea, the amount of stickers missing during testing is becoming a nightmare. Also stickers look awful in high end places

Exactly this 👏 The best renovations are often the ones where people can’t explain why a space feels properly finished — they just know it does. We’ve just completed a full renovation ourselves and learned that the details most people never notice are usually the ones that make the biggest difference.

Great details !! You should check out Amica Smart Homes, they do amazing BMS for residential and commercial. The hotel they did saved around 2k a month in energy bills from automating their lighting and heating / cooling 👏
