Head over to the link in bio to find my recipes on my ReciMe Page & download the app with code "CALWILLCOOKIT" to save unlimited recipes! 🔗 FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS - 4 ~1-1.5 in thick NY strip steaks - Extra virgin olive oil - SPG Rub (salt, pepper, garlic) - Cooked jasmine rice - Pickled onions Honey Butter Roasted Corn - 5 ears of corn (stalks removed) - 2-3 tbsp butter - 2 tbsp honey - Salt to taste Chimichurri (combine all ingredients) - 1 bunch of flat parsley finely chopped - 1/2 red bell pepper finely diced - 1 medium sized shallot finely diced - 2 tbsp minced garlic - 1.5 tbsp dried oregano - Salt & pepper to taste - 1/4 cup red wine vinegar - 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil Black Beans - 2 tbsp olive oil - 1 yellow onion finely diced - 1 red bell pepper finely diced - 1 green bell pepper finely diced - 2 tbsp fresh minced garlic - 2 can black beans - SPG Rub, cumin and paprika all to taste Note(s): Measurements are estimated, adjust ingredients to your personal preference. DIRECTIONS 1. Prepare the chimichurri, then place in fridge. 2. Get a small pot going over medium heat. Drizzle in olive oil then add in the onions, peppers and garlic. Season with SPG Rub, mix and let sauté for 4-5 minutes then add in the black beans, cumin and paprika. Mix and let simmer over low heat mixing occasionally until time to serve. 3. For the steaks, coat them in olive oil then season all sides with SPG Rub. Grill over medium-high for 4-5 minutes per side or until you reach your desired internal temp (I pulled these off at 125-130°F). Let rest for ~10 minutes before slicing. 4. For the corn, roast over medium-high heat until you get a nice char on all sides. Cut the corn off the cob into a large bowl. Add in the butter, honey and salt then mix till well combined. 5.
