Paris has a notoriously slow serving culture you are the guest at restaurants is the best way to describe it. Also one of the busiest city’s in the world they don’t really care for repeat customers doesn’t mean they are rude just means they don’t break their backs for you like restaurants usually do which if you go in with those expectations I don’t mind it. I find it chill people aren’t in a rush and if you are you can leave plenty of customers at the door. However they are very polite and hospitable when you ask them for help.
