If it's just a clean glass left out in the rain for a short time, the rainwater itself is usually not immediately dangerous to drink in a small amount. However, it's generally not recommended as a regular source of drinking water because rain can pick up contaminants from the air, dust, pollen, bird droppings, insects, and anything that was already in the glass.
