That’s a challenging hike for a beginner hiker. I think you might do better if you say started with a Mount Monadnock or even Mount Major first then work up to the more difficult hikes.

my husband and I did the whole loop the other day. omg my legs were jello at the end of the hike. it was one of the hardest hike we've ever done. But hey it was all worth it. I'm so proud of myself for completing the loop. 😁
