Clean the piercings with witch hazel! Huge game changer mine are both done and doubled anytime they get irritated I use the witch hazel few days and boom back to normal

Idk if this will work for you but my girls are very sensitive and I’ve had mine pierced for 8 years, I switched to flexible acrylic/ plastic bars years ago and never have had an issue since with any type of sensitivity or issues. They feel so much more comfy too.
