Have you tried this cleanser in the shower? It has some ingredient which helps fight staph on the skin, I find it really helps my skin recently xx

I am going through tsw too. On dupixent too. I use la roche posay toleraine wash. It's barret support. Then I use 100% squalane from the ordinary mixed with face Facts repairing serum. It really worksr

Highly recommend you speak to your Derm about Rinvoq lovely, I started Dupixent at the same time as you, but stopped it as my skin continued to look like yours… within a week of taking Rinvoq, my skin was 90% clear xx

I truly believe this isn’t entirely Dupixent, if you got an allergy patch test done I reckon you will show for many chemical allergies causing contact dermatitis and making your underlying TSW worse. The “clean” skin care labels are rubbish and still contain very irritating preservatives

Hey Chloe! I started my TSW journey around the same time as you and you were one of the first creators I found comfort in. Since then, I have almost completely healed through red light therapy (a panel) and NMT. I was absolutely dry and awful for a few months but it gave me my life back. I know you are probably sick of people offering their opinion but I truely want you to know how impactful it was for me. @TSWKidd shares science based evidence on how TSW can heal through red light and NMT, by listening to his advice I now have my life back.
