Replace pump parts to make sure the suction is still as high as it should be, remeasure your flange size (nipple size can change drastically through any pumping journey), and power pump at least once a day

Brewers yeast… tastes absolutely terrible… but I sometimes mix it with pomegranate juice and I usually feel fuller! Just for a little boost

At a vitamin shop there is fenugreek. The only down fall is you will smell like syrup.

Do a power pump session first thing in the morning when you wake up because that’s when you produce the most milk. And then do one before you go to sleep.

If you arent doing consistent power pumps at least once daily, preferably as a MOTN pump you arent going to get anywhere. You are in a state of supply and demand now instead of hormonal production. I had to consistently pump every two hours during the day and every 3 hours at night with a power pump between the hours of 1am and 4am

Add in an extra pumping sessions/power pump, hydrate like crazy (I was drinking water like crazy and one body armor a day), don’t stress over it bc stress will make it worse, and I was chowing down on those heavenly hunks cause supposedly oats are good for it? My supply increased after it dropped really bad out of no where

are you potentially starting your cycle? I've heard that tanks people's supply for period of time but it comes back.

I know you’re exclusively pumping but the thing that helped me was latching the baby

Flange size , homemade lactation bars or balls , 32oz+ water intake , body armor, gatorade helps keep you hydrated more , power pump , put during the night and pump every 2-3 hrs even if you don’t want to . I did all this to successfully EBF my last 2 kids for over a year .

Go to your doctor and get some labs run. Check your thyroid level. Ask for your HbA1c, iron levels, and vitamin D level.

People say those Body Armour drinks help a lot. I didnt breastfeed but I have a friend who did and she was a exclusive pumper and she drank those to keep her supply up. She also had to pump extra times if her supply went lower. She had wearable pumps.

With my first, I ended up taking a calcium supplement and that helped me increase my supply. I just got it at target

Body armour and LMNT. Also oatmeal. Even oatmeal cream pies. This has helped me the most besides sleep. If I don't sleep good my output is awful. I had my baby close to when you had yours. (2/7/26). She's is my second exclusively pumping baby. I am pumping about 50 Oz (49-52 Oz) a day. I pump 4 times a day. I only use wearables. My last journey I didn't have as big of a supply and once my period returned it went down every month but I still got her to 17 months with only breast milk. Have u changed to new pump parts? I am trying to think of any other causes. But u most certainly can increase. Just gotta find what works. It's so hard. Im sorry.

I don't know if it truly helps or not but I always noticed feeling fuller after eating steamed broccoli at lunch or dinner and also if I ate a bowl of honey nut cheerios as dessert at night going to bed I would wake up feeling much fuller too(it may just have been the extra calories from it versus any specific nutrients but it worked for me)

I know your exclusive pumping but might latch baby idk how you feel about that but it could help if you start latching him a few times a day
