Sailor saturn was treated horribly in the 90s anime tbh. She never had a transformation and was locked to only nuking people since it was her only ability. They gave hotaru more screentime but thats solely due to the unreasonable amount of filler eps

Nerfed isn’t really what happened. She can’t just unleash her full power… it destroys the solar system, she was willing to do that against Nehelenia because they were truly at the point where she would have to anyways? And Galaxia was possessed by Chaos… which is a baddie for Sailor Cosmos to deal with, Saturn wouldn’t have been able to do much against her anyways.
