i bet you didn't know that refrigerators have a little shelf in them with a humidity control knob that says "produce". the specific purpose of this shelf is to keep fresh items longer by isolating them in a low humidity environment and from the humidity that builds up in your fridge from use.

Bro I had strawberries in the container they came in for like two weeks. I kept them in the fridge and ate the oldest ones first every time. You don’t need special containers.
