Health influencer and registered nurse Lartey Solomon, known to thousands online as “Nurse Solomon,” was shot and killed during an alleged robbery in Oakland, California. Investigators say the 33 year old was walking to his car after leaving a nightclub when a man allegedly demanded his chain. According to authorities, Solomon complied, but was still shot and later died from his injuries. Police have charged 39 year old Shacory Carnell Daniels with murder, attempted robbery, and multiple firearm related offenses. Loved ones say Solomon was a devoted father, passionate nurse, and educator who used social media to share free health advice with more than 20,000 followers.
