So I have seen videos on taking a 15 min walk after each and every mean but theres some problem with legs so I cant walk so whats the solution and also when u are in calorie deficit people actually weigh their food but wht about those who cant weigh please help me with the solutions I am also trying to lose fat

I was between 150-170 ish lbs my entire adult life. I also have Spina Bifida and am an amputee due to a bone infection at 28. I turned 30, started taking less and less medications that I’d been on, on some level, since I was 15. My mental health and body dysmorphia went off the deep end. I stepped on a scale more recently and saw 83 lbs, and trying to add calories back into my diet has been so difficult and uncomfortable for me. I can completely understand why and how you are teaching people to go about things!

When I was 14 my doctor told me to think about “junk food” as pain entering my body. He told me to eat carrots instead of cookies…even though I really didn’t a lot of cookies. I’m 41 now and just started getting a healthy idea of food and how to nourish my body. Thank you so much for your content…it is helping to change my view on health and nutrition tremendously!❤️
