I was basically in the front of the line the line moved and the people that I was in line with went to the restroom I went up to ask if they can come in and the lady was super rude for no reason

I went to SF pop up and I feel like it was pretty smooth. Staff were so friendly and also the security guard very friendly! The vibes were great and stress free! I feel bad for the fans in LA!

Who tf would want to take photos after waiting 10+hrs bsffr, work more efficient lines, timed experiences ??? Save the booth for the show or outside the venue.

Igor i just want to say, Thank you so much for using YOUR platform to come out and talk about this situation. It a was very very unprofessional event. I was there at 8AM And did not even get to the corner until 5:30pm and by then they were no longer bringing people in.

The sf pop up ran so much better and quicker literally was in within 30 min and didn’t have to deal with the photo op crap

They should be having people taking orders outside so when they get inside, all they have to do is pick up the order and then can take pics for like 10 minutes max and then dip✨

foreal, people spending like 20+ minutes just taking pictures. I get it it's exciting, but there are hundreds of people waiting, you have to be courteous to the people waiting in line

It was actually really good today! Made the right changes and went by fast. It was the first day and I think they just were not expecting the amount of people. Today was a complete success though!! Restocked all items

tbh they need to limit how long people can be in the store and how many people can be in line at a time. like if the line gets too long they should hold everyone’s spot and tell them to come back later

also, i wish they would've closed the line MUCH sooner. now that they know roughly how many people they can let in per hour, they should be counting out the ppl per hour x the # of hours, and then close the line after that. i waited for 9 hrs yesterday starting at 7:50am and they didn't tell us til 5pm that we wouldn't get in🫠 i would've much rather just been turned away initially instead of wasting my day! line management couldve gone a lot differently

I couldn't get the sweetner vinyl for SF and now LA :( I live 2 hrs from the pop up and Saturday was the only day I could go to the pop-up. Hope they add these online once the tour is over
