Coming from someone who studied cosmology, dying your hair with color deposits depends on what you use, bleach is you biggest concern but going darker will damage your hair with depending on how often or box dye vs. personal, and if you use permanent dyes. but it won’t cause your hair to fall out. if you want a safer often then those two do demis and semis these are in simpler form a colored conditioner, however will come out quicker.
