so why aren't you just plugging in the 25k into the public type c the. plugging phone into the 25k and let it do pass through to your phone and then once full start to charge the 25k? its doesn't pass data through the 25k bank

Power jacking attacks are not this common jfc. They're highly targeted and expensive to pull off. All modern devices default to power only with unknown USB ports. Zero confirmed power jacking attacks on civilians.
