you guys that are saying just blow bubbles and whatever. i literally cannot do it no matter how hard i try. i cant do it for like 5 seconds and water is coming up my nose and i forget how to breathe.

You don’t need to hold your nose diving because the water flows down your nose. You do need to hold your nose if you jump into the water because then the water will be going up your nose. Just try it without holding and you’ll be surprised.

let go of your nose and learn how to gently blow a bit out of your nose while swimming. It was the first thing I was taught to do in swim lessons as a kid and now it happens instinctively
