I had read that the Dr Dennis Gross had really old LED technology VS other ones out here. Would it not be better to get a LED panel and sit in front of that as it would be much stronger than the LED in the mask?

Would it be a good idea to build a self made cap with red lights? I would like to start a treatment for hairloss using red light caps since they seem to be very effective. But they are incredibly expensive, and building one on my own would be a realistic alternative since i would have to buy or build another one every once in a while, to be sure that the light bulbs in the cap still have the needed intensity to be effective as a treatment (since obviously light bulbs lose their strenght in a few years time. this is also indicated on the website of red light caps sellers.). But i wonder if it would be effective? Considering that i buy light bulbs with the right light wavelenght and that i dispose them uniformly through the cap/helmet so that they can have effect on every area of the scalp. What do you think? Am i missing something that may make ineffective the treatment? I know you're a doctor and not a technician, but i would really appreciate if you had any type of opinion or idea on the matter
