Possibly? Maybe? Actually No! I Bought my first home in 94 out of foreclosure, 1800 sq foot 2 bed 2 bath no carport on basically zero acre lot for 49k, built my last and current home, 3600 sq ft 4 bed, 5 bath with bonus room and 3 car garage in 2020 on 2 1/2 acre lot for 290k. So I think you are off on your numbers.
