My husband doesn’t understand why we go to the grocery store almost every day or every other day or even just target to walk around. He’s like oh you went to the store yesterday and I’m like yeah, but this gets us out of the house and gets us moving.

You take the good with the bad, my wife stays home as well with our 6 month old daughter and even though I go through the same routine at work, I come home and wash dishes because she cooked, wash and make bottles, do tasks around the house she didn't get to and help straighten up. to help her clear her mind I tell her to go out if she needs to buy anything instead of me picking it up on the way home, I stay with our daughter so she can have some her time. Idk. maybe he can try that? 🤷🏽♂️

Im a grandma now but I raised 3. SAHM and home schooled. Don't dwell on that part because one day you will look back and wish you could do it again. Hugs cause it can be hard like that tho.
