Place cot training would be great for her- teaches her to stay on her bed and wait patiently while you prepare her food ( or do anything you need her out of the way of)

For the food resource guarding, try giving her a high value chew, and then do a “trade” for it. You tell her to drop it, and you bribe her with a high value reward. Then you give back the chew. She will learn that giving up treasures leads to good things.

I stopped my dogs from eating too fast by putting tennis balls in the bowl with their food. When you feed out small amounts in the bowl and only give it to her when she is calm. Take it from her make her sit and give it back. It will take time but she will catch on. Good luck. She is adorable
