i've had my snap-on ratchets for 10 years every day use on heavy equipment haven't had to claim warranty. icon ratchet tried it and 2 months later warranty had to be done

It’s still expensive. I will buy Craftsman over Icon any day, as it is cheaper, American made, and is much higher quality. (In my opinion)

still got my snap-on after 3 years icon broke within 2 weeks 🤷 so nah I'll pay the extra. and the closet harbor freight its over an hour and a half from me so its not worth the trip each week

Sorry I went harbor freight, I’m not hating on harbor freight but those ratchets are trash and feel as bad as the snap on 100 tooth trash ratchets.. snap on 80 tooth is king
