@mamawgailcooks: My Vegetable Soup Using Leftover One-Cooker Cabbage Meal 🥘🩷🥬 Ingredients: • 7-8 small to medium potatoes, peeled and cubed • Water (enough to cover potatoes) • 1 onion, chopped • 1 can green beans, drained • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained • 1 can sliced carrots, drained • Tomato juice, to your liking • Salt and pepper, to taste • Leftover One-Cooker Cabbage Meal Instructions: 1. Add potatoes to a large pot and cover with water. 2. Add onion, green beans, corn, carrots, salt, pepper, and tomato juice. Stir well. 3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes. 4. Add the leftover One-Cooker Cabbage Meal and stir to combine. 5. Let everything heat through and serve hot.
