@.: @» sophiie ❤︎:guys, if you want more calm quiet lifestyle TikToks on your fyp make sure to type a long comment like this one or copy and paste it. I don’t know why but I’ve been so obsessed with peaceful slow living lately. Like quiet mornings, making your bed, opening the windows for fresh air, studying with soft music, journaling, taking care of yourself, cleaning your room, drinking water, and just living gently. There’s something so comforting about calm routines and learning to enjoy simple moments. I love videos of people reading books, cooking peacefully, organizing their space, walking outside with headphones on, sunsets, libraries, cozy outfits, plants, and soft natural lighting. It all feels so healing and refreshing in a way I can’t explain. And also I have a hyperfixation on minimal cozy rooms, warm neutral colors, calm playlists, peaceful cafes, late night studying, quiet friendships, little everyday habits, and overall just soft comforting lifestyles.

и куда мы таким составом #FORMULA1 What is Formula 1? (F1) Formula 1 (official abbreviation: F1) is the highest class of international racing for open-wheel, single-seater cars. The championship is sanctioned by the FIA (Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile). F1 is often called "the pinnacle of motorsport" or "the royal series of racing". The key difference between F1 and most other racing series is that teams do not buy identical cars — instead, they design and build their own. This turns racing into a competition not only between drivers but also between engineers, aerodynamicists, and strategists. --- Key Characteristics of Formula 1 1. Open Wheels and Open Cockpit An F1 car has exposed wheels, and the driver sits in an open cockpit. Since 2018, the Halo device — a titanium bar above the driver's head — is mandatory to protect against large debris. 2. Hybrid Power Units (PU) Since 2014, F1 uses 1.6‑litre V6 turbo hybrid engines. A power unit consists of six components: · Internal combustion engine (ICE) · Turbocharger · MGU‑H (energy recovery from exhaust heat) · MGU‑K (energy recovery from braking) · Energy store (battery) · Control electronics Total power of a modern F1 car exceeds 1,000 horsepower. The hybrid part alone provides about 160 hp. 3. Extreme Performance · 0–100 km/h (0–62 mph): ~2.4 seconds · 0–200 km/h (0–124 mph): ~4.5 seconds · Top speed: Up to 360 km/h (≈230 mph), depending on the track · Braking: From 300 km/h to a hairpin in 3–4 seconds, with 5–6 G deceleration · Cornering: Lateral G‑force reaches 6 G 4. Aerodynamics The car's appearance is defined by front and rear wings, a diffuser, and complex flow‑conditioning devices. Since 2022, ground effect (sucking the car to the track via the floor shape) has returned. At high speed, downforce can exceed 2,000 kg — more than the car's weight. --- Championship Structure An F1 season typically consists of 23–24 races. Each race is called a Grand Prix (e.g., Monaco Grand Prix, Italian Grand Prix). Standard F1 Weekend Format 1. Free Practice (FP1, FP2, FP3) — Friday and Saturday morning. Teams adjust setups and collect data. 2. Qualifying — Saturday afternoon. Determines the starting grid. · Q1 (18 minutes): 5 slowest drivers eliminated (positions 16–20) · Q2 (15 minutes): 5 more eliminated (positions 11–15) · Q3 (12 minutes): Remaining 10 drivers fight for pole position (P1) 3. The Race — Sunday. Race distance is ~300 km or a maximum of 2 hours (rarely 3 hours with red‑flag stoppages). Points System Points are awarded only to the top 10 finishers: · 1st: 25 points · 2nd: 18 · 3rd: 15 · 4th → 12 · 5th → 10 · 6th → 8 · 7th → 6 · 8th → 4 · 9th → 2 · 10th → 1 One bonus point is given for the fastest lap of the race, but only if the driver finishes in the top 10. Two championships run simultaneously: · Drivers' Championship (individual driver points) · Constructors' Championship (team points — both drivers combined) --- Teams and Drivers (mid‑2020s) There are 10 teams in F1, each with 2 drivers. · Red Bull Racing — Max Verstappen, Sergio Pérez · Mercedes — Lewis Hamilton, George Russell · Ferrari — Charles Leclerc, Carlos Sainz · McLaren — Lando Norris, Oscar Piastri · Aston Martin — Fernando Alonso, Lance Stroll · Alpine (Renault) — Pierre Gasly, Esteban Ocon · Williams — Alex Albon, Logan Sargeant · RB (former AlphaTauri) — Daniel Ricciardo, Yuki Tsunoda · Sauber (future Audi) — Valtteri Bottas, Zhou Guanyu · Haas — Kevin Magnussen, Nico Hülkenberg Most successful constructor in history: Ferrari (16 titles). Most successful drivers: Lewis Hamilton and Michael Schumacher (7 titles each). --- Why "Formula" and Why "1"? The word "Formula" refers to the strict set of technical regulations that all cars must follow. The word "1" indicates that this is the top division. There are also junior series: Formula 2, Formula 3, and Formula Regional — feeder championships through which future F1 star
