@_finallyallison: Smash or Hash? Ok here's the recipe. For hashed - cut your baby potatoes into wedges and soak in a bowl of cold water for a minimum of 30 minutes. Dry with a lint free towel and toss in canola oil. Bake in a 400° oven for 30 minutes. Only store in the fridge what you can eat that week, and freeze the rest. Air fry until crispy at meal time and season to your liking. For smashed - cook your potatoes until four tender and smash with the bottom of a plastic cup. Place the smashed potatoes onto parchment lined piles of cheese and bake in a 425° Oven for 20 minutes. Season once cooked. #fiber #munchies #finallyallison #mealprep #EasyRecipe
