I love Hilton! 14yrs ago we went to Disneyland with our then 4yo daughter, stayed at Paradise Pier, left Disneyland at Midnight to drive straight home, 8hrs 😳 we were trying to save $, stopped for gas just before we got on the freeway and our cards declined. This is before phones had maps, so we decided we'll just go back to the hotel and stay an extra night. We could NOT find it to save our lives! It's now 1am, we're exhausted, so we see big hotel buildings and decide to just go for it and ended up at the Hilton in Anaheim right next to the convention center. Well, I went in, 1 concierge is working in this BEAUTIFUL lavish lobby, and our cards decline again. I start crying and the employee reaches over to grab my hand and says "no worries, here's your room key, don't worry about anything, it'll all get sorted out, just get that baby up to bed and sleep well" 😭 and we've never stayed anywhere else 🥰

That’s the perfect amount of points for a high-end vacation. For example it cost me that many points for a five nights day at the Waldorf Astoria in the beginning of December. Those rooms are usually $2500 a night so it’s about $12,500 in fees I’m saving.
