@GEmma: Don’t buy! My comment will likely get deleted but please read about my warranty process. My Dreame robot mop vacuum has leaked since the first few months. I supplied a lot of evidence including real-time photos of the leak while the machine was idle and endured a lot of disjointed, terrible communication followed by my machine dropped back off and nil communication. When I asked for details about the process and findings Dreame advised they replaced consumerables??! It was returned with the leak unresolved, soaking wet mop pads, accessories missing, a horrendous odour and in worse condition. I’ve since found many other customers reporting similar issues.
