it's not a recent story (almost ten years ago now) but I talked through Ms Dhu's case again yesterday while running a workshop and it made me so angry all over again, would be great if you're interested in making a video to share her story. victim of DV killed in police custody after they arrested HER for unpaid fines when they were called out to a DV incident where she was being attacked. no officers were held accountable.

Southern states have AWFUL police departments!! They lack training and especially in these cases where the person is having a mental crisis they have a high chance of being killed by these cops!
