I feel like the money just needs to go into a general fund and not direct it at a certain person. Yes, it's cool when a story tugs at the heart strings and everybody wants to give. But it's usually those stories that sadly end up where you want them. It's the ones that aren't so dramatic that tend to be the ones that make it but them not having a bigger story means they're not getting as many direct donations. If everything went to a general fund the people who actually get through the beginning will have that buffer to get out. and I know there is the general fund as well, people donate to individual stories as you've seen. I don't know. What happens to the money that's directed towards a certain person if they don't make it out?
