Let me tell you. I do catering and people rave over my Mac and cheese. Mine is the standard way using a roux. I did a luncheon for my staff and thought, why not try this out. With the seasoning and all I used, this is Soo much better. The creamy sauce is makes is just 🤌Thank you so much for sharing this.

Made this tonight for 4th of July, but substituted the smoked cheddar for smoked Gouda and it came out so good! Everyone loved it. We’ve been trying different mac n cheese recipes over the last few years and this one was highly rated. ❤️
