Regardless of liking or hating Gameoverse, promoting your indie show by putting down and mocking other beloved indie show down is the worst way to promote your pilot, it doesnt help that the concept for Chimptopia isnt really different from other shows with similar concepts, also i'm pretty sure someone said the scenes from the pilot is straight up a scenes from another show from the 40s. Not to mention the creator of the show showing support for awful people. This show is gonna get mocked and later forgotten by the internet.

What pisses me off in the description of their pilot is that they say "They get a job at a local fast food place, where their job is to work a minimum wage job." THAT SECOND PART DOES NOT MATTER IF THEIR JOB IS IN THE DAMN TITLE! I know its a weird thing to be mad at, and everything else also sucks, but I just wanted to point that out.

I feel like it’s immensely petty/dumb to mock one show’s pilot to advertise your own. I feel like a good show pilot won’t punch down on other shows unless both of them have been running and competing for a bit (simpsons and family guy for example)
