This is wild. Our relationship ended and it’s been circling the same cycle for a while. I think we both realized we are both scared. But for her, I’m completely iced out right now. And I don’t blame her right now. I’ve literally been telling myself that the most loving thing I can do right now is follow her lead while self regulating and healing my own wounds. I have no other choice but to sit patiently through the discomforts of the past and present while maintaining calmness going forward.
