@welcometoheidi: Four years ago this week – I hit post for the very first time on what would become what “welcome to heidi” is today. And while there aren’t thousands of stories  (there are over a 1000) I have come here every day since to dance speak and therapize myself into what I think – hope -  is a better version of myself. It’s been such an incredible journey and I only hope it gets bigger and louder. My original goal was to simply change the way people look at women over fifty and while I may not be your average 65 year old -I think I’ve made a dent in showing people we don’t just curl up and die as we age.  It’s a wonderful feeling to have something to say and know you’re out there listening.  I may say that nobody cares – but clearly you do – and I thank you so much. I love you truly madly deeply
