In qualifying & on the mediums first stint George was 2-3 tenths quicker than Kimi using this line, why on the hards was he 3-4 tenths off ?? Hard to explain. Sliding more with less grip ?

hi Mercedes just dropped a race debrief where they said "in George's final pitstop they incorrectly adjusted the front wing owning to a problem with the adjuster gun and that meant he was driving with a very very oversteery balance that certainly comprised his pace in the final stages of the race" could this what affected the problem in turn 12?

just shows even more kimi is faster than George now that's why good drivers do they find other lines that gain them time especially when the tyres are struggling

i also noticed in turn 3 they were taking different lines. george was almost going to wide maybe to avoid kimi from drafting but still looked slow

I feel like they continuously keep important information from him. Maybe not intentionally. Probably just not doing a great job. I wish he had some better support. Feels like he mostly has to figure things out for himself. Maybe it’s the stark contrast to Bono, who’s one of the best out there. It’s starting to really puzzle me what’s going on with that

Marcus has been practically invisible on the radio. Look at how Bono guided Kimi on reminding him not to cross the pit lane line in Monaco, helping him nail the apex at Turn 1 in Canada to secure the purple sector and constantly warning him about track limits throughout the race. Meanwhile Marcus seems to go silent for most of the race. Honestly Martin you would probably do a better job than Marcus at this point
