I love the prequel acid milk peel! It has 5% glycolic, phytic, malic, mandelic and lactic acids along with enzymes. Is this okay? My skin is very tolerant ❤️

if you're using retinal with sensitive skin do you have to exfoliate at all. I stopped exfoliating at all because of how reactive my skin is. But should I try to work it back in?

Good morning! Question about Medik8 press and glow toner, if you’ve used it. The directions say use up to twice a day, but it has PHA. In your opinion, is it best used only in PM, or do you think it is gentle enough for AM, as well? I love it and have no bad reaction to it, but I only use it a couple nights a week, and wonder if it’s gentle enough, and meant to be used, more frequently. 💜

I use a very gentle physical exfoliant by Clinique and add it to my face while the oil from my first step of my double cleanse is still on my face. I feel like the oil is a bit of a buffer and after adding the exfoliant and very gently massaging my skin, it is still hydrated and baby soft. Every single chemical exfoliant I've tried leaves my face bright red and stings. I have no idea why, so I just have to listen to my skin and do what works.

I’m still getting used to tretinoin, so I only use the Medik8 PHA once a week. And if I dermaplane, I skip the PHA that week.
