I must have been watching a different video then everyone else because I thought I saw a good mix that included a bunch of staples, frozen fruits and veggies, chicken, non groceries, breakfast stuff and some snacks. That seemed like a good monthly haul for a family of five in the summer that has a ton of meats at home and shops weekly for all the fresh veggies and other healthy food!
