It works what you are hearing is the little hairs that are coming off it is very good but depending if your hair grows back it will be shaded for at least every 2 or 3 weeks before it start growing back

it was fine at first and then it stopped working after a couple uses and some of the heads broke and the razor somehow got stuck to my skin. Do not recommend
