This is the only correct answer! “I love you no matter what you look like” is what my husband tells me. He says when I’m bigger it’s fun and it’s also fun when I’m my normal smaller weight bc I feel confident. I’m learning to be confident at the size I’m at at any point. 👏

I cried for most of the day today because I had a stroke in April and was in a coma from type 1 diabetes and since then I’ve gained 35 pounds. At 5’7, I weigh 155. I’ve been distraught. This made me feel so validated. I was begging God, why can’t I just enjoy my body wherever I’m at, because IM ALIVE. I love you, girl. Thank you for this pep talk. I needed it and can maybe get some sleep tonight. 💙🫶🏻
