Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, they have their own cattle farms take what they want and sell the rest off. Also Capitol Grill since they merged with Ruth's Chris. And this goes for pretty much every major city.

My top steakhouse is my house… Ribeye 1.5 inches thick. salt, pepper. Sous vide rare, cooked up to medium rare in a an iron skillet with Irish butter. Pour the butter from the skillet on top of the steak. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Magnifico.
