90’s teen raising teens now…so a little ahead of you. But my thirteen year old has a cd player and will be filling a cd binder, has a “landline” that connects via Bluetooth to a locked down cellphone I keep (so she can only talk on the phone to approved contacts), and I am giving her a CampSnap camera that is a digital camera that’s screen free so it functions like an old school 35mm camera. She has Home Interiors decor, horse books, and wants a “Hang In There” kitten poster on her wall. We aren’t totally tech free cause she definitely plays Minecraft, watches YouTube shorts, and has an iPad to do art on. But close enough!! ☺️

I was just telling my husband this…my girls asked to take a detour the other night windows down their favorite songs watched the sunset came home and caught fireflies all because one night I decided ti say WHY NOT instead of rushing to bedtime!
