I put cold wet towels around me, it draws the heat out. When the towel starts getting warm, I just wet it under the faucet again, and wring it out. Put it back on me.

milk on washcloth place over sunburn, it helps alot. Helps soothe, and tomorrow it will be alot better for some reason it really pulls the heat and burn out. It works better than aloe.

Noxzema is what I had been using which helped some BUT a pharmacist told me hydrocortisone cream works that aloe doesn’t actually work like its suppose too.

Girl sunscreen , if you get wet reapply , wear a hat, but aloe with lidocaine , soak in epsom salts , sleep unclothed on a cold sheet
