AssalamuAlaikum guys, I recommend doing istighfar 100-4000+ a day and this will really jumpstart your soul for salah and like she mentioned pray slow and actually mean what you are saying in your prayer and then for dua say Rabbij'alni muqeemas-salati..." (O my Lord! Make me one who establishes regular Prayer).
