Umm, not the best ones for my dogs .. they unbuckle themselves anyways. My husky taught the other ones how to unbuckle. So, I have the ones that go around the head rest.

I have one of these and love it for my dog. But make sure you use it with a HARNESS and not a collar! If you get in a crash the force of an anchored collar on your dogs neck will be catastrophic

My dog knows how to step on the latch to release it (it can also happen on accident). One that goes around the headrest is much more secure.

I need to buy a new one cause my big dog ripped the one I have right out of the fastener. Luckily I was stopped and getting him out of the car when it happened

Most dog seatbelts are not crash tested or haven’t passed and even if they are they are not tested over 25mph. They are also typically tested by the manufacturers. Most seatbelts especially the bungee ones actually have a slingshot effect that can further harm your dog in the event of a collision
