ear plugs only solution, I use the silicone ones and go to bed ahead of him!

I sleep in the other bedroom during the week because I snore and my hubby gets up for work at 4am so he needs his sleep

ask him if he wakes up with headaches and tiredness because he might have sleep apnoea my hubby does and the machine at night was a game changer
